GIARRATANO ON GORDON: "Jeff Gordon is a talented right handed pitcher who was hurt his freshman year, rehabbed, came back last year and saw some spot innings. Jeff went out this summer and had a great summer in the Illinois collegiate league. Jeff should come back this year and pitch in the bullpen and give us some great stability with his arm and his leadership."
