2008 Cross Country: Competed in four meets for the Dons... set a personal best of 19:05.0 at the Sac State Invitational 2008 Track & Field: Redshirt 2007 Cross Country: Set a 5k personal best (19:36) at the Bronco Invite. Placed 42nd in the Stanford 4k with a time of 16:09. Prep Career: MVP of 2005 and 2007 cross country team, was also the MVP of 2007 track team. Placed first in both the 400m and 800m in the Indoor Provincial Championships last season. Personal bests of 59.66 (400), 2:15 (800) and 4:46 (1500).
